General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

From 25th May 2018, GDPR comes into effect for all organisations in the UK. At Martin High School we have updated our documentation and policies to ensure that we are GDPR compliant. The documents and policies that we are adopting come from the Lionheart Academies Trust and apply to all schools within that trust. As we are moving towards joining that trust, we are adopting those policies now to ensure consistency.

Acceptable Use Policies

All learners and staff need to sign these documents regarding the acceptable use of IT and aspects that relate to personal data.

Learners have been able to read and sign this in school and will need to in order to continue using the schools IT services.

Subject Access Request (SAR)
